Having taught middle school English and Literature for 3 and 1/2 years before taking a break to raise my family (which consists of one daughter so far), I am interested in applying my educational knowlege to the field of homeschool evaluations. I am certified to teach and evaluate grades 7-12 and am becoming increasingly familiar with homeschool curriculum and culture as I tutor and evaluate for families in the Lancaster area. I would like to assist homeschool parents in providing the best possible education for their children by offering a thorough evaluation which consists of a one-hour interview, followed by a detailed report with the student's biographical data, my own credentials, a general overview of the student's activities, and a specific outline of the material covered in each class during that year.
