Shelly Taylor-homeschool evaluator, testing administer, advisor

Shelly is PA certified and has evaluated/tested students in grades one through twelve since 1996. Her and her husband enjoy encouraging and sharing with homeschooling families regardless of their homeschool philosophy, curriculum, or experience. The Taylors have homeschooled their seven children since the mid-80's. All of their children have graduated as homeschooled students. Evaluations- Shelly is approved to evaluate for five homeschool diploma programs recognized by the Dept of Ed. She utilizes a number of evaluation forms: checklist, general, checklist with credits, or detailed to fulfill the desire of the family and to meet the requirements of the homeschool law. Evaluations are scheduled in her home or at four convenient locations. She is willing to travel if a number of designated students are scheduled in one location.

Testing-Presently Shelly administers the CTB-TerraNova Survey and TerraNova Plus in the fall and spring and the Wide Range Achievement Test (WRAT) in the spring. She tests in her home and at four convenient locations and is willing to travel for group testing.
