From this web page, you can download current versions of the various PHAA forms. For information about these forms get the Guide to the PA Homeschoolers Diploma or read the PHAA Bylaws. Once you download these forms onto your desktop, you can read them or print them if you have the freely-available Adobe Acrobat Reader. (Follow the link at the bottom at the bottom of the page if you need to get it.)
